i have NO idea whats going on with me this week.. I have not had a meal in 4 days now.. just a small snack and some nuts and goji berriess.. but lots of water.. My hunger has just literally vanished.. its So strange.. but welcomed! hoping it comes back in time for this weeks challenge!

Seasons of natural fasting are healthy and normal - go with it. So you post about a great herbal tea you made instead? :) Nuts, goji and water sounds perfect to me. :) I am an intermittent faster and a great believer in the body telling you when it needs a time of rest. And there is NO compulsion on the thrower-down of the challenge glove to actually cook. :)

"Medicine can and does taste amazing" that is so well put. It is frustrating that people hear veggie and already start gagging. Real food is delicious.
