In Search Of Metal
Once Round The Garden - Metal Finds
When I was in Devon last summer I decided to take a walk in the garden of the house where I was staying to make a post for the weekly challenge called 'Wednesday Walk'.
I literally did one circuit around the house and what caught my eye first today was metal. 😁

The idea of the challenge is to get out for a short walk and get some shots of what you can see, within a short distance of your home, office or wherever you start.

I was quite surprised at how many metal objects there were. In fact there were more than enough for two posts. 😊
So, here we go . . .

These objects were all found within one circuit of the garden of my friend's house. It's surprising what you see when you look through different eyes! 😁

The garden fork looks very impressive. A good exhibit. And of course the watering can with butter churn is also an interesting find. Attaboy,@gillianpearce

I have multiple metal / junk photos floating around. Wasn't quite sure what I would do with them, maybe monochrome or sepia posts.
Don't know why the appeal of old and rusty, yet still, it's there. :)
Yep. I love old and rusty too @jacey.boldart. I think it's both the colour and the texture.
Nice shots. I hope nobody's using that BBQ, though... Nobody wants their food marinated in tetanus!
I'm pretty sure they don't use that BBQ but maybe they've cleaned it up since I was there. 😂
