On which we are use Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Netflix such a services that is called INTERNET. In reality, there is no any owner of Internet. A single person or an organization can not control the Internet and neither does it. Internet is not property, it is a net which connects different clusters with one cluster, in-short there is no owner of Internet.
Sometime ago Facebook had came with their platform (internet.org), those website which collaborate with internet.org, they access via internet.org in free of cost.But those websites which was small or not a big brand, they had to spend a lot of money to stay on the internet, which they did not have, that means they had to charge their website for payment of those money.In simple word, if any visiter open their website, they have to pay some amount to open their websites.
This means Internet was in controlled but it has been protested at large scale throughout the world or then came the offer of Net Neutrality and at many places signed its partitions which also signed many times in India. Then after the Net Neutrality came over the world means you can surf at free of cost,not by money, only for freedom.
There is no owner of Internet, but there are millions of fragments of Internet which have owner, like you have your own personal blog then you are the owner of that blog. As a whole Internet there is no owner and we can use this Internet.
