Bitcoin can really touch ATH in 2018?

Hello friends , I write this blog in simple language for your understanding, bitcoin can really touch ATH in 2018?

We all seen in news,  blog, many persons, etc are predict the price of bitcoin, they all are told bitcoin is touch ATH in 2018, but can bitcoin really touch? 

Bitcoin ATH touch in December 2017.after now bitcoin drop price about 60%. when bitcoin touch high price after three bull run is arrived and price drop again and again.

#First Bullrun:

     First bullrun schedule is 31 December 2017 to 7 January 2018.
  Bitcoin price drop  at $19800 to  $12800 only in 12 day. After price rise and touch at $17231  in only 7 days. 

#Second Bullrun:

Second bull run schedule is 6 February 2018 to 6 March 2018.

Bitcoin price drops at  $17231 to $6928 in 30 days.  After price rise and touch at $11439 in 28  days. 
This bull run in big price drop,  about 70 % price drop in  This schedule.

#Third Bullrun :

Third bull run schedule is 7 April 2018 to 5 may 2018.

Bitcoin price drops at $11439 to $6600 in 29 days.  After price rise and touch at $9870 in 30 days.

After 5 may 2018 bitcoin price drop again and again.

I hope arriving a new bullrun and bitcoin price go at the top most position and touch at ATH.
