Is it over when she stops sending the kissy face emojis?

We only started dating about a week and a half ago. She sent lots of text messages, with "goodnights" and emojis. I told her I wanted to slow things down, definitely wasn't looking for a relationship immediately, and we should still date other people. I've been on two other dates with another woman this week, one an overnight out of town. In early dating, I don't have to give details and it should be expected that I have other dates. But I think it's soured her initially strong feelings for me.
