This is really important technique which help in our life to get freedom from our emotional barrier . Emotions are really important in our day -to -day life its give you strength and weakness both EFT gives you freedom from past life emotions like negative experience and negative thoughts .

What is EFT ?

EFT is the process of tapping on some specific body part to helps you access your body's energy and send signals to the part of the brain that controls stress. They claim that stimulating the meridian points through EFT tapping can reduce the stress or negative emotion you feel from your issue, ultimately restoring balance to your disrupted energy.
