The weekly program.

1. Mondays to Wednesdays: submission of applications.
2. Thursdays to Saturdays: voting for favourite candidates.
3. Sundays: Proclamation of results and the award of prizes.

The minnow big brother fund will allow even non steemians to participate in the votes. This will give them hope even before they get verified that they will have a chance to grow once they are verified. Also this will allow them to already begin to participate in activities on steemit even while they are waiting for their accounts to be confirmed. We at minnow big brother fund thinks this will greatly foster the steemian community within the blockchain and beyond.
