I think we need an internal Fiat to Steem exchange. I don't know why we don't have one already. Somebody should have a Paypal account and be able to sell some Steem. Perhaps even at a 10% premium.

I think I have partially given up on earning Steem. I think I need to focus more on making money and buying Steem. I think the concept is proven and Steem is undervalued.

Pretty good raspberry harvest this morning. I may have to start freezing them. If you get one raspberry plant probably in about 5 years you will have a decent amount of raspberries. I want to dig up and transplant some wild black raspberries as well.

I think the idea of an internal exchange is a great one. I certainly can relate to all the hoop jumping described above and the gradual reduction in how much money you have to invest as you lose money each step of the way. I think the PayPal idea has merit as there is a middleman to provide some security for the parties involved. I suspect there would be fees, but Amazon might be convinced to keep them low to make them competitive with the other exchanges and survive off volume. The other idea I am churning in my mind is a “micro” DEX focused on Steem and a fiat, and based on Steem blockchain through a Smart Media Token. What do you think?

I bet that was yummy. Fruit goes really well with Cheerios. I do frozen blueberries with Cherrios a lot. I usually let the blueberries unthaw about 15 minutes. Did you add cinnamon? I also have a blueberry plant but it is small.

Didn't you just do a wire transfer though. I think with changelly you can use a credit card.
i do a bank transfer. It takes time but i usually have money lying in my coinbase acct. I don't take credit as well, especially not for cryptos

We deffinately need an internal exchange. I have been trying to buy steem but my card seems to block coinbase and other exchanges. To counter this, I bought a green dot card only to discover that the exchanges do not accept prepaid cards. I know that is just the beginning of the nightmare. Once I do manage to purchase btc, I then have all of the other hurdles to jump through to convert btc to steem and then on to sp.

I use Coinbase Pro to exchange fiat into Litecoin and then use blocktrades to trade that into Steem. Only getting fiat to coinbase takes some time (about a day for the cash transfer), but the other steps are easy, quick and very cheap.
Does Coinbase Pro take credit card? I think blocktrades charges about a 10% fee.

I don't like how you have to give them your photo ID. Hopefully they don't get "hacked". There seems to be a lot of problems with some of the crypto exchanges but it's good they take credit card. For a while I think they stopped.
99 % of exchanges ask for way too much info. Its like the whole Crypto is more private thing gets thrown out the window. ID / Phone Number and not to mention that pesky 2FA that is forced on everyone. Its like they purposely make it hard to invest.
I agree that asking for all that information sounds a bit much when dealing with Cryptocurrency. Hopefully a less intrusive, less costly and less laborious process will be created by the free market.
You can't have it all I'd say. I don't mind it too much and I'm happy with the service they deliver.
