Photocircle Minnow Spotlight #01: Food reviews by @foodology
Hello Steemians!
We started a new program for the Photocircle project and we called it as “Minnow Spotlight”, it is for the purpose of motivating more engagement among the community. The goal is to connect old timers to new comers. In this initiative, we would like to be of help on some really important aspects of this platform: User onboarding, User retention, and Engagement among users.
How do we intend to execute this initiative?
1) We are looking for minnow level accounts under Reputation 55 & with max 450SP
2) Anyone can provide the "steemit account link" of your selected minnow (user) that you think deserve to be rewarded by Photocircle
3) Tell us why you chose the minnow (user)
4) The person who introduced the minnow (user) must upvote & resteem the latest post of the suggested minnow. This is your chance to support & curate for the minnow that you are suggesting.
It seems that this task is not too easy for the participants or it could be that the initiative didn't get enough exposure yet. So for the meantime, we will be the one to scout and search for the deserving minnows.

The author doesn't have to be a photographer. He/She could be writer, blogger, vlogger, artist...etc
For as long as the Steemians is creating quality contents and qualified to the mentioned rules for this program then he/she is in!
For the first spot light, we came across this content posted through tasteem.io
The post was about a dining experience from a restaurant, basically a review of the place & the food (which are appetizing by the way). It was well written and there is enough words for everyone to get to know the restaurant and what it can offer.
For this post alone, @foodology is being awarded with the first Photocircle Minnow Spotlight! We hope that this initiative will reach more quality contents and possibly more curators.
How do we reward both the curator & the minnow?
1) Among all suggested minnows, we will select the top minnow that will earn 1 SBI share + 100% upvote & resteem from Photocircle to the latest post of the minnow
2) To the rest of the suggested minnows, we will select four (4) minnows that will earn 25% upvote from Photocircle + 0.25steem worth of @tipu upvote to their latest post
3) Now for the curators, the persons who suggested the "winning" minnows, all will earn a 25% upvote from Photocircle + 0.10steem worth of @tipu upvote to their latest post
We hope that this intiative will encourage more Steemians to curate and care for minnow level accounts and hopefully increase the user engagement & retention in Steemit platform.
