MMT - Prediction - Sell Steem? - 0% Mortgages - 581

Perhaps MMT (Modern Monetary Theory) won't be a disaster but I think when the easy bond profits end there will be "problems". NUGT sure seems like a steal to me.

Steem is at about 18 cents. I think it is a sell now and buy back at 10-15 cents I would guess. Key word guess. lol

A Danish bank is offering mortgages at a 0.5% negative interest rate — meaning it is basically paying people to borrow money

Seems unfair to me. I wish I could take out the loan convert it to dollars and buy a USA house. lol
