No matter the outcome for the Fed's decision, silver should come out the winner, said Todd "Bubba" Horwitz of bubbatrading.com.
"Silver seems to be holding much better. Although the ratio hasn't come in a lot, it's still 79 to one, instead of 82 to one, so it has come in a little bit," Horwitz Told Kitco News.
"I love silver, I think it's in better shape than gold," he said.
