Ok that was sorta a joke, but it is a REALLY GOOD buy signal. I am have been following markets for a while and this is one contrarian indicator that seems to cause a bounce and work every single time. Okay, 11 out of 12 times. actually.
The average 3 month move after this segment is +5%. Talk about easy money. The one time it was down was less than 1%. This means that you have an amazing Risk vs Reward here that should be played somehow. Your stop is set and defined, now let the market forces do the rest.
Sure it could be wrong this time, but having the opportunity to play a bounce here is WAY better than chasing 2900 SPX!
