Every Penny Saved Is not Sometimes Earned

Here I am Lucia again trying to find a good and virtuous topic to inscribe and share on my blog.

So the topic for today is "Saving & Earning".

My grandmother always quoted us things as we grew up after the Second World War and the worst depression in history. She kept everything and was very interested in making sure that the waste was not in our program. The lights went out immediately when they were no longer used, pieces of string were rolled up and placed in a raffle, and the wrapping paper was always retained for recycling.

His philosophy of a penny saved is a penny earned belonged to his time, but it no longer applies in the world of today's consumerism. While some may think that bargain hunting is the way to go, they may consider their need for such goods beforehand.

What good is saving a few dollars on something you might never use? What is the result of assembling the cabinets with cheaper products that will be given away in the long run? Or why buy something because it is cheap when you get home does not meet the job you intended?

These are just some examples of how philosophy does not fit the world today. However, as an Internet user, there are more modern examples to attend to.

Companies that pay nothing ultimately have to pay staff and others for them. That's where it's wise to give them something back. If it's an editorial that has served you well, what's wrong with paying them for their services?

Those who think that exploiting such people will save them money should think about it again. What happens when they can no longer be that service provider? The cost of a configuration advertisement and other things would far outweigh the few dollars that they ask for through a contribution.
