Cocoon!
I was spying on my banana trees and saw the big flower. It looks like a huge cocoon! Little baby bananas are inside those petals waiting to grow and be eaten by me! Ha!
Or maybe I found an alien cocoon and soon an alien baby will be hunting down humans near my house! Don't worry, I will teach him manners. He will say "Excuse me ma'am, I'm gonna eat you. Sorry for the terrible pain I will give you and thank you for being my dinner!"... See? A well mannered alien!

Beautiful. Do you get to eat bananas off the plant reliably? Mine never succeed, there is always that last minute freeze that gets them.
Yes! Before hurricanes Irma and Maria last year I had bananas the entire year. One banana tree can give you 2-8 "banana seeds" so you can keep planting them and have always bananas. This are the first ones after the hurricanes and just because our weather is crazy they grow really quick 😀

Each plant grows only one a year and give you 2-8 baby banana trees

Yeah 1 banana cluster and thats it. It can take up to a year to get bananas. A banana tree can give you 2-8 "seeds" or baby plants. So the only thing you need is a banana seed and you will not going to need to buy bananas again.

No, you get bananas the entire year. The trees won't produce bananas at the same time. It depends on the soil, the weather and other stuff
