You have bright clouds and details in the shadow of wall. Doesn't look like a pure one shot image though ...
Lightroom witchcraft, but not HDR :D
As per Wikipedia:
"high dynamic range (HDR) technique used in imaging and photography to reproduce a greater dynamic range of luminosity than is possible with standard digital imaging or photographic techniques. The aim is to present a similar range of luminance to that experienced through the human visual system. The human eye, through adaptation of the iris and other methods, adjusts constantly to adapt to a broad range of luminance present in the environment."
You didn't stitch a few images, but by using Lightroom you achieved what is represented by HDR idea, right @brumest ? :)
I adjusted the shadows and contrast level, if that's HDR so be it ;)

If you didn't wrote Huawei P90, I would probably think that this image is taken with DSLR camera. Great work mate. Excellent composition and very nice contrast for the yes. Well done
