Moving targets - MonoMad entry

I think this technique is called panning. When you are shooting at a moving target. Your subject should be sharp and all other things blurry. As you can see, still there's a scope for improvement... I keep trying but I cannot find the correct focus settings. But I won't give up! ;-)
