How's your Monday guys?

I was productive today. I took a break from processing the PhilHealth Claims because I need to monitor the progress of our iClinicSys encoding so I made the summary table for my monitoring sheet in the morning, then, we cleaned and organized the supply room (slash bodega) in the afternoon.

I'm glad to see a bit of changes in that room. Haha. I couldn't anymore count the number of times I cleaned and organized it. Its actually a bodega so they kept on throwing stuff there, but I turned it into a supply room because we don't have any spare room in the facility.

When I started working here, supply management wasn't a thing. Hehe. Boxes would just be in the lobby for weeks or even months, then they will have it transferred to any vacant area in the RHU and it will stay there for a quite a while (sometimes forever). Haha. We needed to somehow start managing the supplies properly so I proposed to get it started by having a point person who will be responsible for it. Then, they pointed me. Haha. Probably because I'm younger, or parang ganto lang yan, "Since ikaw yung nakaisip, eh di ikaw narin ang gumawa" Hahaha

I hope it will stay organized for a long time. Huhu. There's still a lot of things to improve in terms of managing our supplies. There are times that its frustrating because we got plans but we can't implement it because of some factors that is way beyond our control. But we can't merely stop because of the deficiencies and failures - we have to make the most of what we have. Just keep trying.
