Japan landscape series #3 - The gardens of the Kinkaku-ji temple, Tokyo

These are the gardens of the famous Temple of the Golden Pavilion in Kyoto, Japan. I will make a post about this temple of gold, a Buddhist temple that is surrounded by the most extraordinary lakes and gardens. During Spring, the blossoms fall into the lake, giving the impression of snow, and a beautiful effect.

Settings: Canon 5D MkIII and Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 IF EX DG HSM Lens. Edited with Lightroom. Shutter speed 1/400 at f/9.0, 24mm, ISO 125.

This is also my entry for the #monomad challenge, by @monochromes :)
