Waiting for a friend to pick me up outside the Botanic Gardens MRT train station. Just looking around a bit and saw this pillar with this notice there. It seems we have a law that mandate bicycles to be parked in designated lots but why do I still see bicycles parked not at designated lot often enough. 😎

Its like here it is illegal to litter, never stops the pigs from doing it though!
Littering is a problem many places.
I think Japan is good with respect to that.
I notice less litter in places with tourists. Turns them off, so they wait till they get home to litter!

Thanks. I think the touristy place have more funding for cleaning.
Some said we are a clean city here but actually we are more of a cleaned city.
Spend lots of effort cleaning up the place for people who don't keep things clean
Isn't that the truth of the matter! Litterbugs don't consider themselves dirty! LOL
