Last week, my lady was out doing some volunteer work one evening. So I had to settle my own dinner. Walking around Toa Payoh town central, I decided to order from this tze char stall at a coffee shop which I had hout eaten ary for quite a long time. I ended up with this $4.50 fish crispy noodle which is not bad.😎

This looks like the crispy tomato new that we have in Sarawak. The only difference that in Sarawak the soup looks red because it contains tomato sauce.

Never heard that but this gravy is definitely not from tomato. :)
I like a nice dark brown soup. Looks nice.
It's quite thick so I'll call it more of a gravy than a soup but this is quite one of the normal way of cooking the noodle.
