Craving for Nasi Lemak, a Malay fragrant rice dish cooked in coconut milk and pandan leaf, satisfied by Crave.

Notice that they don't use the normal rice as with most nasi lemak, they made theirs with long grain rice, more commonly used in the Indian nasi brayani. Yes, it makes a huge difference in the texture and I love it :)

An almost complete, relatively economical and satisfying meal. Well, with a little more greens would have made the meal a little more balanced.
