S.M.A.C by @clareleesl, Jun 2018, Day 9- Bake for Fun during School Holidays

Holidays give kids new gadgets! Seeing them boring with their school homework, so I want to relieve their stress with idea of baking. Baking can cultivate their interest and at the same time can learn to make surprise foods.

Today, my little chef is going to make 10 mix grains Raisin bread. Natural high-quality "10 mix grains" is rich in various nutrients, minerals, calcium and dietary fiber is several times of the white rice, rich in taste and digestible, and also suitable for whole family to enjoy healthy rice.

Ingredients for the 10 mix grains Raisin Bread:
400g High protein /Bread flour
14g Instant Yeast
8g Salt
50g Sugar
50g 10 mix grains
50g Butter
1 Egg yolk
220g Fresh Milk
200g Raisins

Making the Raisin Bread:

  1. Make the dough with all the ingredients (except the raisins) and with 170 g of the milk. Then gradually add the rest of the milk and knead the dough until well developed. Make sure the dough is not too sticky or too dry. Leave to rest for 1 hour.
  2. Add the raisin & Shape the dough into a ball, transfer to a greased bowl, cover and leave to rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Place the dough into the loaf pan 9 x 5 x 3 inch & leave for 20 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 175 ºC, bake for 40 minutes. When turn to golden brown shine,You can brush the tops with some melted butter while still warm, this way they also stay softer and get extra taste. Leave to cool on a wire rack.

    Hmm...Yummy! Love baking makes you happy and enjoyable experience, and the enthusiasm hard work of the little chef can capture your heart.

假期给孩子们来点新玩意吧!看他们做学校假期作业做得很纳闷,所以想给他们减轻压力。烘焙可以培养他们的兴趣,同时也能学习制作惊喜的食物,真是乐在其中!

今天,我家的小厨师要做葡萄十谷面包。以天然高品质材料“十谷米”是因为富有多种营养素,矿物质,钙质&膳食纤维则是白米的几倍,口感层次丰富易消化,也适合全家享用的健康米。

以下是10谷葡萄面包的材料和做法:
400 克 高蛋白/面包粉
14克 干酵母
8克 盐
50克 糖
50克 10谷米
50克 牛油
1粒 蛋黄
220克 鲜牛奶
200克 葡萄干

制作葡萄干面包:
1.将所有配料(除了葡萄干)和170克牛奶制作面团。 然后逐渐加入其余的牛奶并揉成面团直至发育良好。 确保面团不太粘或太干。 休息1小时。
2.加入葡萄干并将面团整形成一个球,转移到涂有油脂的碗中,盖上盖子并休息15分钟。
3.将面团放入面包盘9 x 5 x 3英寸并放置20分钟。
4.将烤箱预热至175ºC,烘烤面团需40分钟。 当转向金黄色的光泽时,您可以在保持温暖的同时用一些融化的牛油搽上,这样可以保持柔软并获得额外的味道。 留在电架上冷却后就可乘热吃。
