Week 1 #healthchallenge is to go on a healthy walk or run or bike ride. This is a great inspiration by @sweetsssj and @healthsquared #coachben which is to make other steemians to get outside and get fit and healthy for better lifestyles.

Last week is the historic moment of Malaysia, I am so proud to be part of it, there is no blood shed, no conflict as expected, everyone just play their part using our right to vote out the long corrupted government. We hope for better future for our country.

Besides to give our children a better country, we need to encourage them to protect the surrounding environment, so I am actively participate in all sorts of greenery activities and healthy lifestyles challenge.

Yesterday, we all came back home town to vote, and so we were having family reunion again. The happiest among us would be the children, as a child king I loved to bring them to walk outside the green field, jogging, and sports. Also to encourage them to pay attention to the detail of the environment, they are all very unique scenery.

My hometown is a small town, with green fields around, near to sea so we can easily enjoy the sunset. This is life!

上一个星期是马来西亚重生的历史性突破点！非常非常有幸参与其中，没有流血、没有冲突、没有纷争，大家安分守己用手中一票把腐败的旧政府推翻。我期待光明的未来，我静待美好的国家。

除了为孩子留下美丽的国家，还要让孩子学会爱护环境，建立健康的体魄，所以我都极力参与各种绿色活动及健康活动的挑战！

前天，由于一大家子人回乡投票，我们一家又乐融融的团聚一起了！孩子们最开心了！而孩子头的我，最喜欢带着他们一起去踏青！慢步、跑步、踢球等等，还有让他们好好注意、欣赏身边不起眼的细节，那些都是非常美丽的风景！

我的家乡是个小市镇，绿油油的草地垂手可得，还有住得靠海，常常可以去看海景日落！非常享受！
