My beautiful hyacinth bloomed! Its delicate scent and simple appearence turned it into the queen of the household.
For many, this flower brings back memories of warmer weather, sunshine and most importantly, the end of winter. Even though the purple hyacinth symbolizes deep regret and sorrow, I still love it. And when you think about it...it's not that tragic. My deepest regret is that we don't have a neverending spring and my sorrows are linked to the long winters. 🙂
