The birthplace of soot

in #more4 years ago

Like the war and African palm oil, soybean has reached the maritime status of world war two's best lube. O the uses from arsenal to munition at a time when the allied powers were so in need of lubricant. Fast forward seventy years. I can think of a bucket list I would want next to my food before soy, but there is so much of it: olive, mineral even and the great state of Georgia hails peanut; that's why ChikFilA™ tastes so good.

Sometimes lard and good, old fat back take their places, preferably alongside Giblet and Hamhock come Thanksgiving. But soy reaches bottom once again; unless it's soy sauce. So what happens when soybean oil, water and aluminum shard mix? It is the food industry's version of soot. Inevitable since oil and water don't mix. Add a test tube of dormant antigen attracted to the goo, and you haveworld war three, waiting to happen. Exaggeration. But the mixture is not pleasant. I can think of other ways to lube yourfreshdough.
