The Power of Happiness
In life, there are so many things that may want to remove the joy and happiness in us.
Every single day, we pass through one difficulty or another. We pass through one challenges or another.
This act of consistent challenges and troubles have taken away the joy of many people. The worries and thoughts of past failures and challenges have made many people less concerned about the future.
Many have no joy and happiness in them again due to the challenges in life.
Yes! Challenges are there for people to pass through. It is inevitable. That should not take away our joy and happiness. When trouble comes, we have to face it and move on.
Failure is not the end of the world. When we fail, we have to rise and try again, and again, and again till we have gotten the required result.
Failure is a sign to try again and when we do this we derive pleasure and happiness when we achieve the desired result.
We shouldn't allow our problems in life to deprive us from the good things of life also.
We should always learn to be happy, smile and laugh always even when we have difficulties.
Happiness have positive and no negative impact on our lives
- It makes us young and fresh
- It increases our life span and flow of blood
- It balances our blood pressure
- It makes our haters angry and jealous
- It gives us rest of mind
You can see when you are always happy even in good and bad times, you tend to live longer on earth.
This reminds me of a post made by my mentor here on steemit @ejemai

And I love this part of his post which says:
Being in the lower rungs of the ladders can really be crowded and that is because, it is cool, easy to hold on to and it enables you to still have your feet on the ground.
Meanwhile, as you move up the ladder, it becomes slippery, tiny to hold and scary; your feet have no footing on the ground, and it gets wobbly as well. Only few are bold enough to keep making that effort to climb the slippery ladder, brave the fear of height and falling.
Get going, make a move today, do not worry about the difficulties that may abound and I can very well guarantee that you will love it!
