Giving is not hard as you think

Our body needs ATPs and the brain is the most part of the body that needs a lot of energy. An organ that cannot tolerate lack of oxygen is the brain. And above all the brain needs its specific foods to maintain its alertness. The brain need Motives to keep it alert and here we are as

to give your
Brain
enough
Motives
(BMotives) so that it can start working for YOU not just functioning as it has to.

One of our purposes on this world is sharing, giving to the needy. Giving is one among laws of nature, Deepak Chopra in his book mentioned giving as a law of Success. To succeed you need to give. As this law is reciprocal, when you give you will surely receive in one form or the other, today or tomorrow, you or your offsprings.

Today my intention is not telling you the value of giving but telling you what to give.

What can I give?

When It comes to giving most people come up with like excuses, what can I give, I can't even satisfy myself and conclude that they have nothing to give. But are they right?

Of course no, you have a lot to give:

  1. Smile: most people need this welcoming face, imagine if your enter in a shop or an office and the first thing you get is a smiling face telling you "hey, 😊☺ how can we help you?"
Even when your pass on the street and meet a begger while you don't have something to give or without that intention just smile ☺ at him or her and say "hey, am sorry today was not good"

  2. Peace: Starting from your family, they need peace from you. The world in general needs peace from you. Are you that man that come home and everyone immediately go to sleep? Are you that women that a husband come later home so that he can only pass few hours with you?
All of them doing that to get peace that they loose when you're present.
Can you imagine how much you can give and make that person happy and free?

  3. Things you no longer use: Some people can survive if they get those things you're not valuing like old clothes, phones, furnitures, and other home materials.
Check you have a lot around yourself.

  4. Sacrifice a little from what you need: I call this real giving. This is something you will do and feel proud of yourself. Not just giving junks but something you needed and share with someone you that need that most.

  5. Nice words: You will never meet anyone who doesn't need this thing. People need nice words that increase their value, that motivate them.
On steemit what are the comments are you giving? Some people give comments that keep you inactive for days, discouraged. Others will give you comments that can even make you post more than once a day. Choose wisely your comments.
You can also add value to steemit by motivating steemians, by making them happy.

Money or materials are not what people need most, stop thinking of giving in terms of materials and money. There are a lot to give, though sacrificing a little from what you need and give it to the needy is considered as true giving.
