His motivation level is still high, so why would he want a fresh challenge? He knows himself better and it is easy to judge him from the outside because we are not the ones in his shoes. We are all different and we need to find what works for us.
Ronaldo knows what has been working for him over the years and that was why as a young boy in Sporting Lisbon, he left for Manchester United. From Manchester United, he left for Real Madrid and now from Real Madrid he is with Juventus. He has always been able to find his motivation in a new country and in a different challenge, but Messi has lived all his life in Barcelona and the motivation is still as fresh as when he was a young boy. I see no reason for him to leave because he has nothing to prove to anyone.
Ronaldo’s movements have never been to prove a point to anyone either. He simply knows what works for him and he is doing just that, just like Messi too. They both know how to stay ahead and encouraged in the midst of their years that never stop counting. You can’t be doing all they are doing with their increasing age if you are not motivated by something.
Like Messi said recently when he said he missed Ronaldo in the League. Ronaldo is an outside motivation for Messi when he is getting too comfortable, just as Ronaldo once said that he always wants to stay ahead because he knows there is a Messi knocking and standing by. They have both sought their motivation from within themselves and even from the outside source; from each other in a way.
Whatever you are doing, the moment you are losing passion for it, ask yourself what motivated you in the first place. After you have asked yourself that question and yet you still can’t find the needed motivation, then set a new challenge for yourself. Do something different from the norms because it might be because you have become too comfortable or you have achieved the goal that you have initially set out to achieve before now. Always set a new challenge; it helps to keep you motivated.

we really need to work on ourselves, we should be inspired by our success and be corrected by our mistakes. Nothing good ever comes easy. Messi is talented but he till work on himself like Ronaldo did. We have to motivate ourselves through our own success, we shouldn't look down on ourselves even when the going seems not to be palatable.
