Most positions do not last forever(watch your actions and words).
If only humans will realize that positions or conditions do not always last forever, then the world would have been a better place.
There are people who get carried away with the little position they find themselves that they do not realize how much of an 'idiot' they have become over time.
Walking into different offices, one will realize how secretaries tend to feel like bosses and make guests especially the ones who does not look rich to them, look like a piece of trash, they make them feel really useless and this is a extremely wrong mindset.
If only that rude secretary will bear in mind that, she might get fired the following day, then she would have learnt to act in a better manner.
The same thing applies to those in a position of little authority who speak to people in unpleasant manner just because thy feel that those people do not have anything to offer feel they have nothing to offer.
It is necessary to remember that, any post can be replaced at any time, so it is important to act in a pleasant and reasonable way all the time.
