Think positively and mentally

Often the way we feel about putting what comes from our perception and understanding of it. Often that perception is true, but sometimes it is not.

For example, sometimes we are cruel with ourselves unreasonably, or we can make wrong conclusions about people's motives and intentions, which would create many problems for us and make us feel dissatisfied, and may lead to being unfair to others . Awareness of ideas, rational thinking and positive thinking, are simple tools that will help you skip all this.

A widely accepted definition of stress, attributed to the psychiatrist, Professor Richard Lazarus, is: "A state or feeling when one perceives that the requirements outweigh the personal and social resources they can provide."

To become a person in tension you must take two main decisions:

  • First you must feel that you is in a situation that threatens your.
  • You must decide whether your capabilities and resources are sufficient to confront this threat.

A person's sense of tension depends on the extent of the damage that he or she thinks that situation will cause him, and to what extent his resources can cope. Visualization is the key to this (technically) situations and situations are not the ones that cause stress in their own right. It is our perception and interpretation of the situation that determines the level of pressure and tension that we feel.

It is quite clear that we are sometimes right in what we say to ourselves. Some situations may in fact be dangerous that can threaten us physically and socially, or in our work, tension and emotion here is part of an "early warning system" that alerts us to the threat posed by these situations or situations.

However, they are often too unfair and too harsh with ourselves to the extent that we can not be comfortable with our friends and colleagues in study or work. This, in addition to negative thinking can lead to extreme tension and unhappiness, and can greatly weaken our confidence in ourselves.

Mindfulness helps you identify negative thoughts, unpleasant memories, misunderstandings and interpretations that may interfere with your performance and damage your self-confidence. Rational thinking helps you to challenge these negative thoughts as well as learn from them, or refute them if they are wrong. Then use positive thinking to build positive ways and ideas that help you deal with negative thoughts. Positive thoughts neutralize negative thoughts and help you build self-confidence. You can also use this approach to find opportunities that are often present to some extent in difficult situations.
