That I think is totally legit. I'd say that apart from picking the right people for a job, it is also important to treat them in the right way. That way, they stay focused better and yield the best of results.
@joeparys, We always heard one saying as Right environment mould us in right way, same way if we have to become successful Entrepreneur we have to choose the right people and mainly those who share the same goal because, Right Focus = Right Results, and when we are surrounded with people who share same vision then success is just matter of time.
While that quote is true .. its also important to note to treat your employees with respect and give fair wages and your employees will return the favor with loyalty and hard work thus looking after your business and helping it thrive.
