Mindset and Attitude; Does it matter?

Mindset and attitude set people apart and I am totally agree to this statement. Imagine that a person is always optimism and taking failures as part of the learning process, then most likely the person will achieve their dreams. However, if a person is always pessimistic and afraid of making mistakes, in other words afraid to be accounted, then it is hard to be an achiever. To gain value from others like remuneration from customers, we must first offer value to others and to be hold accountable. Without this basis, there’s no way a customer will agree on the deal and there’s no way we could gain any wealth being such.

In near future, when I’m gonna work on my start up, I find it critical to have a competitive core team to fight together. It is important that all of the team comrades are aligned in terms of vision and have the right attitude especially taking their responsible seriously and be accountable. Frankly speaking, entrepreneurship is really a shit way to pursue with so much risks and headache to face. No doubt, I have yet to be prepared to be one but working my way towards that direction. Fr my observation, it is real tough as I will be facing different sides’ fire and need to prioritize which to reduce first. There are just millions of ways that the business will face certain crisis and as entrepreneur, we need to be as prepared as possible.

Lastly, before getting the attitude right, we need to get our mindset right. We need to believe that through accumulation of learning and the compounding effect of hard work, the fruit of success will be ready to harvest within a period of given time.

(A sudden rush to write about this as I felt this first hand and it is truly not easy to be a boss. Think twice before taking entrepreneurial path.)
