Keep the right company

There is a saying that "Birds with the same feathers, flock together".
If you keep a bad company, you'll sure pick up some of their traits.
If you roll with losers, don't expect to be a winner.

If you are with negative people, you'll never have a positive mind. You will always be down. You would not rise like how you are meant to be. Like the winner you are meant to be.
It is very easy to stay at the bottom, you don't need energy to be there, it is just force of gravity pulling you down. But if you want to move to the top, you have to burn all that energy to shot you up like a rocket. Get pass that force of gravity that constantly push you to be a failure. Grab that success, you owe yourself that much. Maximize your human potential, you get to do this when you align yourself with people that wants to maximize their human potential. They are going to give you the push.

And when you get the push, work harder. If people are working 40 hours a week, work 100 hours a week. When your colleagues are coming to work at 8am, come at 6am, because you know what you want. You should want more. You should not act like anybody else, strive to the top because only great minds get there. Do it for yourself.

Be willing to roll your sleeves and do the hard work. Greatness comes from the grit, the hunger, their willing to suffer for their success.

You are great, so do great things.
