I have been talking about having or surrounding yourself with the right kind of relationship; or the right kind of people but i want to also tell us about other kind of relationship that you must not and in fact cannot trivialize.

I currently have a friend who is having an issue with a lady right now. I have told him over and over again to leave this lady but he wouldn't. I still asked him yesterday to know how things are, to see if he still keeps in touch with this lady, despite all the things this lady has done to shatter his confidence and enhance his frustration and to my dismay, he said he still spoke with her two days ago and i was surprised. I was expecting to hear two weeks ago and he still told me about what the lady did that same day he called her.
This lady in question is not the problem, but him. If you can't change someone or make the person feel or see what you feel or see, then change your approach to that person or that situation.
To him, he doesn't want to feel like he gave up too quickly, (as much as some ladies appreciate that, not many lady loves that because they are easily put off by someone like that and the little i have gathered about this lady, she is the kind that doesn't like to be bothered), but there is little you can do to someone, particularly a lady that isn't ready. The lady is not a bad person, but she just isn't ready.
Don't go to where you are tolerated, always gravitate towards where you are celebrated and that is self love.
