The Law Of Clarity

I and my uncle was at a seminar at the National Stadium, Lagos, Nigeria where Mick Murdock (an internationally acclaimed motivational speaker and best selling author of the Law of recognition was on stage about to deliver his motivational lecture.

At that point in my uncle's life he was searching -no, hunting- for new ideas. He had been osciliating at a particular level of success for several months. He wanted something ,more than what I had experienced in the past. He was searching for fresh approaches to my writing and publishing career. He had written three books and he was not satisfied with how they were doing in the market place.He need clarity badly to move to the next level in his life.

Mike Murdock asked how many married people were in the audience. A few people stood up. He thought we probably did not understand what he said, so he asked all the single men and ladies within and out side the auditorium to stand up. Over 90% of the audience stod up. At that precise moment, He had an ephiphany. He saw his future clearly in front of him. He had never experienced such clarity in his whole life he said. It was as if divinity stood by his side and spoke into his heart. He saw the class of people he should be writing for. He saw money on the faces of every single person who stood up that day. That was the largest market in the country standing right before him obviously and He had been writing for a less profitable audience. Right there, he decided to write for a more profitable audience; single men and ladies.

Before the seminar was over a few days later, He told anyone who cared to listen that his next book will be for singles. Since that day, he hasn't had a single hitch about what to write or who to write for. He knew what he was doing and He knew where he was going. 30 books now and He is still strong.

When you know what you want, it becomes easy to go about creating it in your life. Whwn you have clarity and you know in what direction you want to head for in life. Each step you take will lead you towards it. Life is choice driven. When you make choices, you move in the direction of those choices. We move as far as we can see.
