I will always say this, you are in charge of whatsoever that goes on in your life; good or bad, failure or success, you have a major role to play in making which ever you choose a reality.

The first victory you must win is over yourself before others. People do not really have the power to place you in situations or positions you are not comfortable with unless you give them such power by agreeing with their words or thoughts about you. Their negative thoughts aren't your thoughts neither are those negative words coming from you and so, will not have any effect on you. The only time those thoughts and words would become a reality is when you agree to them by accepting whatever negativity said about you. By agreeing to them, the begin to manifest in your life. A million persons can give up on you but a self-willed spirit will always overcome. Don't let them win!

Apart from agreeing with people's thoughts about you. What do you say about yourself? Do you see yourself as a failure or never do well? Then you are an enemy to your self. Your thoughts about you really matters because no matter how much motivation you get of how special or strong you are and still have doubts about that, the obvious truth is that you will remain stagnant. Changes will come when you believe in you. Stop bringing yourself down through your thoughts, words or actions. Be positive about your present and future and see things falling in place. When negative thoughts come, refuse them and remind yourself a hundred times that you are meant for the best and it shall be so. Don't let your past experiences or present circumstances keep you stagnated for long.
