Let me warn you.. If you like your life the way it is, please do not read this. I repeat, do not read this. This is because your life will drastically be altered after reading this.

But if you are not satisfied with your life because you believe you can be more and do more, then get ready, because your life is about to be disrupted for good.
Get rid of every distraction, go to a quiet place if you can, take a deep breath, and let this journey begin.

Everyone has greatness in them. No, this is not a motivational statement. This is the truth. And I will prove it to you in a minute.

Pause right there.. Think about the above statement for a minute.

Have you done that?

If yes, continue reading. But this time around, read a little bit slower.

Now, take a look at a mango seed. When you pick up a mango seed and plant it, give it some time, it will germinate and become, not just a mango fruit, but a mango tree.

So what it means is that inside a mango seed is a mango fruit, and inside a mango fruit is a mango tree.

What it further means is that everything that a mango seed needs to become a mango tree is already on the inside of it.

In other words, a mango seed does not need to look on the outside to become a mango tree because all it needs to become a mango tree is already on its inside.

So the only thing it needs to do to become a mango tree is to look on the inside, work on the inside, and sooner or later, its mango tree will emerge.

So when you bury a mango seed under the soil, lost in obscurity, talked about and marched upon; guess what?

The mango seed doesn’t get bothered. It just keeps on working on itself quietly under the soil.

It keeps staying focused on the process. And that’s because it still remembers that the mango tree is not on the outside, but on the inside, and that as long as it doesn’t get distracted by what’s going on the outside, everything would be fine in just a matter of time.

And true to it, in just a matter of time, a mango seed becomes a mango tree.

Now listen. You are that mango seed. And there is a mango tree (Greatness) inside of you. Your greatness, just like a mango tree, is not on the outside, it’s right on the inside of you.

Your greatness is not in a job, not in any country, not in a certificate, it's right there on the inside of you.

You already have all it takes to be great inside of you. You came packaged with it. It’s inbuilt.

And just like that mango seed, all you need to do is to begin to look on the inside of you, to find your gifts, to find your strengths, and to find your purpose.

And when you find them, begin to work on them. Don’t get distracted by what’s going on the outside. Let them talk and laugh at you, but stay true to the process, for sooner or later, your mango tree will emerge.

I know this sounds like a motivational piece, but it’s not. And it's not like there is anything wrong with it being a motivational piece.

But the reason I am emphasizing that this is not a motivational piece is that I don’t want you to read this and just feel good.

I want you to read this and realise that this is the reality of who you are, and that this is the truth.

So whether you feel good about it or not, it doesn’t change the fact that there is a mango tree inside a mango seed, and neither does it change the fact that there is greatness inside of you.
