What Defined Your Perspective?

Man is born to live and and not to prepare to live. A consistent man believes in Destiny but a capricious man believes in luck. Benjamin Disraeli

Each individual happen to have a fundamental moral code as to what is right and wrong. This create a mirage of perspective as to what to do and what to forgo. The way to teaching and learning good moral codes varies from each jurisdiction. A Muslim has some basic principles governing his or her live. So does a Christian. The difference between the two is simple where each individual is coming from and the experiences he or she has had.

I recently got to question how come 6 siblings under the same care and influence grow out to be totally different. It made to question what actually accounts for such differences between individuals. In a class of 30 students taught by a single teacher doesn't guarantee 30 brilliant students. If this assertion is true, what then guarantees that one will end up successfully.

I saw a Facebook coverage of a very close friend of mine. I lost his friendship through distance and we no longer roll together. I will say we were so close back those days yet our ideas varied fundamentally as he was a Muslim born into an Islamic family whilst i was born into a christian family. We attended the same elementary school. Had the same basic training to stay away from narcotics. The video i saw was of him proudly taking hard drugs on camera exposing himself to the world to be criticized.

I believe his perspective of live is totally different from mine as at now. His morals are basically to enjoy himself in any way he can whether through hard drugs or other healthy habits. Mine is totally different from his. We all had one fundamental training at school and yet we are worlds apart.

What then decides ones perspective philosophically? What then decide ones moral upbringing?

I think religion has very little to do with how people live their life. Okay, of course, if you follow the "rules" you should do better than someone who breaks them but if you ask me why do people lose control over their life is mainly:

  • Bad company

  • Shitty environment

  • Shitty parents

  • "Love probs"

I also had a few friends who went down that road and when I look back now as a grownup I see the mistakes they made and some were not even their fault...

Difficult to say; some may just have to do with the basic temperament upon which people build their experience. For example, as in a family where everyone was raised by the same parents, under the same circumstances and opportunities. Here, it would seem that people simply have different capacities to — for example — face the difficulties they face.

Then, of course, there are the things that "happen TO you." Someone you care about dies. The company you work for shuts down. You have an accident and have difficulty walking, or lose an arm.

Without a doubt, the Human condition is very complicated!

=^..^=

I think society influences one's perspective of life whether positive or negative. But people who stick their values no matter what end up succeeding no matter what what societal issues throws at them.

incredible work here bro
