Harvest Preserved

Every plant goes through a season of sowing, of growth, and of harvest. When any one of these stages is compromised, there will be no result, or nothing to show forth.

There is a season to sow, and a season to reap that which is sown. If you shy away from planting when you should be planting, you will only watch others gathering their harvest and the best you will have to do is beg for their a portion of their harvest.

Make hay while the sun shines...

It is important to do whatever you have to do at the right time. Some crops need the exact weather conditions that support their growth else, they will not grow.

When your mates and colleagues seek advanced knowledge to advance their careers, do not sit and relax and remain comfortable in your state of mediocrity. Those who seek advanced knowledge will grow to become bigger and promoted. If you refuse to advance likewise, you will only have to submit, report to, and watch them from afar.
