Journal of Zak Ludick #107 - Taking the kids for a jog

I am Zak Ludick and this is my journal and documentation of my progress with goals on and off Steemit.

So we have still not taken up our position at the Debmar Atlantic yet, quotation and confirmations are in order. Meanwhile, I am still making more alternative ducting designs for our installation and hopefully, the simpler system will be accepted.

So I arrived home at around 5:40PM on a sunny winter afternoon and I thought: Let me take these crazy kids for a jog!

Took my daughter a few minutes to get ready but after that, we had a quick little run around the nearby neighborhood. I can see that I will need to take Aime out on these excursions a bit more because I needed to slow down and wait for her 5 times along the way! Ouch!

I am supposed to be the fat and unfit one here! Aime is skinny, but she lacks stamina. Meren never slowed, I needed to reign him in a couple of times. I also need to put him under more duress to see how much further he can grow.

I posted this a little late because I was writing it, then climbed into bed to chat a bit on whatsapp... then slept... But hell - I am going to make this count! It's a sphere out there anyway ;)

Confession time... putting this here on the footnote where nobody would notice...
I have said that I am overweight. I admit it. And as a "stats guy", I should have listed it a long time ago. You might have noticed that I have begun doing a bit more exercise. So now I need to get serious (and transparent) about my weight and the eventual goal to lighten up a little.

I will be taking my weight in two sections, one afternoon when coming home and one in the morning. This is to account for water gains and fluctuations.

Good luck with the weight loss journey man. Running is a great way to do it. I managed to drop 10kg's last year by watching what I ate and by running.
