Journal of Zak Ludick #140 - Hmmm... do you smell something burning?
I am Zak Ludick and this is my journal and documentation of my progress with goals on and off Steemit.
Journal Entry
Yeah, that's the smell of me thinking of something to say other than Monday has been slain!
But really, I make a big deal when I get through my Mondays. The first day of the week in the morning is killer. The furthest point away from having an off day is that very morning. Everything else becomes lighter and lighter.
Besides that, today was not actually so bad. Work was fairly simple and time went by fairly fast. Nothing special to say other than I was in a great position when the noon cannon got fired on Signal Hill today! I actually forgot about that cannon and I had thought something massive must have fallen in the construction site nearby.
As seen below I went for another run... so now I have showered and eaten my tuna rice salad, it is time to blog and write!

Exercise and get fit!
So this afternoon I went for ANOTHER run. Becuase I didn't feel so sore this time after my Sunday beach run.
I did another 6.18km run in 44mins. So NOW my legs feel like they should after so much running! Hahahaha!
