It's been a week of ups and downs for the Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki team and now just days after **Adam Cianciarulo ** confirmed that he will be forced to sit out the entire Lucas Oil Pro Motocross series a second blow has been dealt.

Martin Davalos has also confirmed that he will join Cianciarulo and miss the outdoor season. This is a huge blow for the Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki team as there are now two of their fastest and most experienced riders forced to sit it out and recover.

Davalos, who was simply amazing last year on the 450, has struggled with injuries this year which eventually pushed him out of the 250 Supercross season early to get treatment. His extensive list of injuries included herniated discs in his back and also fractures to multiple vertebrae. Combine that with an ongoing knee problem and the rider was forced to take time to recover.

"This season has been very tough for me. After multiple evaluations and doctor visits, I've decided I will need the time to recover and get back to feeling healthy while doing what I love most. I'm beyond grateful for the opportunity to work with the entire Pro Circuit Kawasaki crew again and thankful for all of their time, efforts and support throughout this whole process."

This means Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki will enter the season with a three man team consisting of Austin Forkner, Joey Savatgy and Garrett Marchbanks. Forkner is only recently back riding though after breaking his collarbone earlier this year. He's young though and should bounce back quick.

I wish the team the best of luck in the upcoming season and I'm sure we will see some of them on the podium against all these issues :)
