Trainspotting (1996) by Danny Boyle (REVIEW)
This movie was mentioned by a friend and then someone has also mentioned "In Bruges" as well, as a movie that reminded me of this one, so I decided to watch both of them.
The director is Denny Boyle and Ian McGregor's lead role pleases me with the acting. The story revolves around Renton who is deeply penetrated by the drug (heroin) that is quite popular this time in Scotland, so whether Renton will manage to clean up and give up despite the great influence of his friends.
"Choose life, job, choose a homeowner, choose dental insurance, leisure wear and matching luggage, choose your future, but why would anyone want to do something like this?
I will highly rate this movie with 9 out of 10. (First of all, because it belongs to rare movies where your emotions are confused, it may at times make you laugh, to make you sad and to bite you.)
