Where the Wild Things Are (2009) by Spike Jonze (REVIEW)
This is a movie where you can truly enjoy the animation and the story of the movie, it is well written and directed that even if you are not fan of those animation movie, you will still enjoy it.
So the film is a fantasy movie about Max, an overactive child who can not stand at home and fleeing from the family, heading into the woods enters a completely different world. Dressed in a costume of a creature, entering into that world reveals different inhabitants, different from us.
Despite the opinion that he is an intruder, the creatures receive a warm Max in them, and he with the fictitious story of being king will overshadow everyone and make them believe in that story.
I must mention that the soundtrack of the film is magical. The film abounds with great music and interesting effects. You will certainly receive a nomination in those art categories.
