Can you see them?

Not a bad action movie, instead of vampires among us we have aliens, and just enough of a plot to keep things semi interesting. It does appear to have been influenced by the excesses that the director (John Carpenter) saw in the 80's. Therefore it isn't that surprising that it is a cheesy in certain places.



Any excuse to wear sunglasses at night. These are a special pair that let the wearer see the world as it truly it and also see all the hidden messages in the advertising billboards and commercials. Messages like stay asleep, obey, submit.

Also, these messages weren't put there by our own people. No the planet has been invaded by aliens and they now hold the various key positions. Good thing that the sunglasses also lets the wearer see through their disguises.

The ruling aliens must keep the humans "asleep" and under control as there are still far too many of us. We could take the planet back, but only if enough of us woke up.

Almost sounds like the current situation, maybe we all need a pair of these just to make sure we aren't under alien rule.
