The Meg (2018)
The Meg is a the Thriller/Fantasy/Sci-fi movie which was released on the 24 August 2018 in Nigeria‧ It runs for 1 hours 52 minutes and grossed 530.2 million USD in the boxoffice. The movie stars Jason Statham; as Jonas Taylor, a rescue diver and Li Bingbing; as Suyin Zhang, an oceanographer. Trouble comes when Suyin and her father, Zhang discover a deeper section of the ocean, Mariana Trench, concealed by a cloud of hydrogen sulfide, forming a thermocline. A series of nerve wrecking underwater events lead to a breach in the thermocline which creates a hole out of which emerges the Megalodon, the largest shark ever known to mankind and thought to be extinct for millions of years. I would leave the resultant havoc wrecked by the Megalodon to your imagination guys!
