Starting in just over an hour another seven great guests from around the world will be coming in to chat on the Alternative Lifestyle Show this Friday.
@cecicastor will be calling in from Nicaragua to give us a live update on the deteriorating situation in that country. Joining @cecicastor will be her son @chrisabdey who lives in Nicaragua's capital city Managua.
We will be hearing from @cahlen about his new SpeakFreely.TV project.

@cecicastor - homesteader, writer, wife, mother, grandmother, gardener, teacher, mentor... originally from Canada, now living in Nicaragua
@chrisabdey - Chris is @cecicastor's son, living in Nicaragua's capital city Managua
