The confusion

I have a real confusion around China

Various forms of government have been doomed to failure because of their social policies. With the technology that we have today, corrupt people can enter a government and legislate the society into slavery and enforce it in such a manner it might not be possible to break free. How many cities have CCTVs where the people are unable to dissent without being incarcerated. After all there is a complete lack of remorse in many people (not just in China). I know that I have few readers who can speak of the Chinese experience, but is this characteristic of the social development found there? A few years ago, a milk bottler poisoned hundreds of thousands of people, hospitalizing 54,000 babies just to cheat people by introducing melamine to spoof the protein level. Jiang Weisuo the man who alerted the officials about the contaminations was found murdered.

I don't think there is a "genetic" reason for this. I think instead the blame can be laid directly at the doorstep of the form of government (similar corruption can be found in post soviet union countries). I am not excusing capitalism or theocracies. Examples can be found in most countries once a population exceeds a certain size. I cannot voice a solution, but I hope that karma exists. People who steal from others need to learn a few more lessons.

True the effect of corruption on most societies has become a thing of much worry... We really need to trace this stigma and correct it from the source which amongst us so we will not keep living with with it. Nice one @adeyemoy2

Thanks alot
