Golden Buddhist Scriptures in the Exhibition of Goryeo Dynasty
The most of the relics in Goryeo dynasty displayed in the exhibition was relating to Buddhism.
Buddhism was the core of people’s life in Goryeo Dynasty.
When Goryeo kingdom was attacked by Mongolian Army, Goryeo had tried to protect their kingdom with the help of Buddha.
So they had made 80,000 buddhist scriptures to protect from Mongolian attack
It seemed that they believed the Buddhist Scriptures had mysterious power.
In the corner of the exhibition, Golden Buddhist Scriptures were displayed.
The Scriptures were small though, the drawings were very delicate.
It is sorry other photos were out focused.

I don't know what to say, coz this amazed me! Impressive and I can't even think about the value of these golden sculptures! Most important thing is they are used to write Lord Buddhas' teachings! Thank you very much for sharing such great experience with us! Otherwise, we might not hear these are exist either!

The Buddhist scripture there really looks very old and looking at the history behind it, it's so fascinating that the Goryean army printed so much of this scripture, wow brilliant snap the exhibitions are more than amazing.
