Me Gusta!! or @megustaofficial is Kota Kinabalu Indie Rock band, tho' three of them came all the way from Sandakan and one of them is from Inanam. Me Gusta!! consists of @darryljonesjr, on vocal and guitar, @arjimi on guitar, @eldontang on bass and @v1tko the drummer. The band was formed in 2011 with only Darryl, Vitko and another band mate. Their song "The Sun Will Rise Again" was the first song they ever written and played for crowd. They were in their college life back then. The band took a long hiatus after life commitment kicks in. They came back better and cooler in 2015 with two new members after their old bassist left the band. Girls fell head over heal for their song "Hey Thesa". Which is a very commercial type of song if you asked me. I prefer their heavier numbers, "Keep Moving On", "The Sun Will Rise Again" and etc. They started getting recognition after "Keep Moving On" get airplays on local radio stations such as KK hitz.fm.

They released an acoustic album back in 2016 called Zerosixhundred which featured all their songs from their EP in acoustic version. They also made it a little bit special by adding two more new songs that's only going to be in their acoustic album. I love both of the new songs. A little bonus trivia! All four of them can sing very well. You got to get their stuff directly from them to enjoy their music because they don't do free online streaming. It's a good thing too, you can support them to continue making art. Recently they released a new single. Yeah!! Let me tell you, their new stuff is awesome! They recently made an announcement. When asked of their aim for this band, Darryl simply said, to make #kkmusic scene great! So cool! They represented #kkmusic in lots of big events such as Rock The World KK, Rockaway KK Takeover and Rocktober Fest in Miri. Their single "Ginger Snaps" were sold out in 24 hours after releasing and they are on the way to produce a second batch of the single, due to high demand.
